Better readers

Having a smartphone is great, but for older eyes, reading it can be frustrating. Rate this procedure that I might use this season. Use 30psi air to blow out as much water as possible from all of the pipes. My View has a hose thread used for attaching a water hose and filling the fresh water tank. I use that to connect an air pressure hose attachment to the thread and carefully, by turning on each faucet, shower and toilet bowl out the water in the lines with pressured air. Next, place several gallons of RV winterization antifreeze into the fresh water tank and then use the RV water pump to circulate the antifreeze by turning on each faucet, shower and toilet bowel and run the antifreeze until pink in color. I realize that in the Spring you will need to flush the fresh water tank in order to remove the taste and color of the antifreeze but, I think, this may be a simplier method for those of use that do not have EZ access to all of the "valves" needed to winterize. I have not done this before so I am asking for advice.

Please recheck your general instructions for winterizing the Splendide washer. My owner's manual does not mention filling with water. Also, you discuss the antifreeze, but did not explain how much and when to add.

You should check the antifreeze to make sure it is propylene glycol only, not ethylene glycol, which is flammable.

Very good refresher article but don't forget to push in on check valve at water hose connection to make sure line to hose connection is full of anti freeze.

I suggest checking your manual for recommended time exercising the generator. It may say an hour or two hours monthly.

You covered everything but my question is do you drain all the anti freeze at this point or weight until you are going to use it again? I have done it both ways and prefer recovering it as soon as I have run it through.
